The association The Soulsters is delighted that you are considering using our musical services for your special event. We understand that each event is unique, which is why we are flexible and ready to adapt to your specific needs. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with these General Conditions that govern our mutual commitment. They define the rights and responsibilities of both clients and The Soulsters group, establishing a clear framework for a collaborative trust.

Contractual Engagement Conditions

  • Our statut : The Soulsters is an association governed by the law of 1901. SIRET/SIREN, not subject to VAT: Association no. W641005496 Designation THE SOULSTERS SIREN 801 176 223 SIRET 801 176 223 00015 Legal category 9220 Declared Association Main Activity Performed (APE) 9499Z.

    - Fee for service: The fee for the service is set according to the size and duration of a concert, the distance from the chosen venue (Our starting point is Saint-Jean-de-Luz), and its execution conditions during the event. After studying your request together and all the details of the organization, we submit to you a written estimate, in which we confirm the VAT-inclusive amount of the service, the description of our intervention, and if necessary, our additional technical requirements.

    - Technical fees: Technical and travel expenses are possible. Beyond (25km) from our starting point (64500 Saint-Jean-de-Luz). We list for example, without being exhaustive: the musicians' travel expenses, the rental of a collapsible shelter for the protection of electrical equipment delivered on site if you have not provided it, accommodation expenses, rental of a transport truck, etc. If these expenses are necessary, they will of course be discussed and arbitrated according to your budgets and obligations and detailed in our estimate.

    - Engagement : Après un échange direct avec vous, votre équipe ou votre intermédiaire, et dès la réception de votre engagement écrit et d’un acompte à déterminer ensemble (entre 25 et 30% du montant total TTC du devis à définir), nous portons à notre agenda votre concert ou votre évènement. La date vous est réservée et nous mettons tout en œuvre pour la préparation dans le détail de notre prestation. Si besoin, nous organisons un ou plusieurs points d’étapes à partir de J-30.

    - Commitment: 25m² to accommodate the group is necessary. If the concert or event takes place: outside, a stage or platform of at least 25m², well sheltered (at least a marquee is necessary for the safety of our equipment and instruments in case of bad weather, if the stage is not sheltered) inside, a stage or floor (if the audience capacity is low) larger than 25m².

    - Provision of a connection: Minimum 5kVA that you provide for electrical equipment and lighting

    - Catering : Team catering (12 covers/12 people) to be provided before the concert
